An Engagement portrait is a great way to announce to the world we're going to get married. Either in the studio or on location your portrait will be be perfect to put in the newspaper, save the date cards, signature board, or a Wall portrait. Each session includes a 1 hour session where we will take up to 100 images for you to choose from. You will receive a folio with your four favorite images from your Engagement Portrait Session. You may also order extra prints at our regular print prices.

For engagement photos, I usually recommend as soon as possible!! You will want to document the newness and the excitement of this time in your lives, you will want to have these photos to submit to your local newspaper for your engagement announcement, you will probably even want to use these photos to order a guest book for your guests to sign at your wedding! These books highlight about 20 or so of your favorite engagement images, as well as space for the guests at your wedding to sign and leave you messages in. These books take a bit of time to design and order, so the sooner we do the engagement photos, the better!!

{Bridal Portraits}

For bridal portraits, we want to make sure that you have your dress ready and it has already been altered, and that all accessories have been purchased. The last available second to do bridal portraits if you want to have one on display at your wedding (most do) is one full month before the wedding. We prefer to do the bridal portraits at least 1 1/2 to 2 months out. This way, we can make sure to have the portraits done, with enough time to order a few prints to put on display at your wedding! Many brides order at least 1 16×20 to mat and frame to display on an easel at the reception of the wedding. A Moment in Time Photography has an easel that you can use upon request for this very purpose.
